Join our growing team and contribute to solar structures, industrial projects, and fabrication work! 🛠️ Key Responsibilities ✅ Perform MIG/TIG/Arc welding on metal structures ✅ Fabrication and fitting of solar mounting structures, frames, and supports ✅ Read and understand basic technical drawings ✅ Ensure precision, safety, and quality in welding work ✅ Maintain tools and follow safety protocols on site 🎓 Eligibility Criteria 📘 ITI in Welder Trade 🧰 0–3 years of experience in welding/fabrication ⚙️ Experience with Arc/MIG/TIG welding preferred 📋 Basic knowledge of welding symbols and safety measures 🔥 Willingness to work in outdoor and site conditions 💰 Average Salary Range (Monthly) • Entry Level / Fresher: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 • With 1–3 Years Experience: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 • Senior Skilled Welder: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000+ ⚒️ Build a strong future with your hands – weld your way to success.
