Join us as an O&M Engineer and play a key role in keeping solar power plants efficient and reliable! Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance of solar plants and inverter systems Monitor system performance and diagnose technical faults Ensure proper functioning of LT/HT panels, cables, and protections Maintain logs, generate performance reports, and ensure system uptime Follow safety protocols and execute preventive maintenance schedules Eligibility Criteria: B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering 0–2 years of experience in solar/electrical maintenance (Freshers welcome!) Basic knowledge of inverters, transformers, and electrical systems is a plus
